Hot Smoked Salmon
6 eggs hard-boiled and peeled
55 g A Acadien Atlantic hot smoked salmon - minced fine
2 tbsp (30 ml ) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 ml) mustard
1 tspn (5 ml) lemon juice
1 tspn (5 ml) fresh dill, or ½ tspn (2ml) dried dill
(2ml) Worcestershire sauce or Red Hot Sauce
Garnish with fresh dill or paprika
Slice the cooked eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
Mash yolks with a fork, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Using a piping bag with a large tip, or a spoon, fill eggs with mixture and mound slightly. Garnish and refrigerate before serving.
