A delicious cooked lobster served on a platter accompanied by Northern shrimp. Crustaceans are fished in the wild in the icy, clear waters of the northern Atlantic Ocean. They are fully cooked, shelled and ready to eat. Our lobster has a fine and tasty flesh with a delicate and slightly sweet taste. The texture of the flesh of the tail is slightly firm, while that of the clamps is soft and rather tender. Sweet and delicate, our Nordic shrimp has a rich, sweet taste and a firm texture.
Hot smoked Atlantic Salmon
A Acadien Atlantic offers a superior quality product with an exceptional freshness. The Atlantic salmon is smoked using natural maple planks and a guarded recipe with carefully selected spices that enhances the fine taste of this delicious fish. Smoked at a high temperature to cook the flesh, the hot smoked salmon is a tender and flavourful product.
Cold smoked Atlantic Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon fillets are sourced from a certified farm in the cold, clear and purs waters of Atlantic Canada. They are slightly brined, refined recipe that balances so well with the hand selected maple planks used to smoke the well known fish, leaving you with a delicate smoke flavor that does not take away from the freshness of the salmon. The flesh is smoked at low temperatures. This process conserves the characteristics of the exquisite fresh salmon taste.
Smoked Atlantic Salmon Paté
The smoked salmon paté has been developed using a measured blend of A Acadien Atlantic’s hot smoked and cold smoked salmon. Married with fresh ingredients, Balkan style yogurt, creating a smooth, silky texture with piquant, the result in a superior palate sensation. A delicious Acadien product made of more than 65% of real smoked salmon. This pate is succulent to use as a dip, a spread or for your hors-d’oeuvres. Grand award of SIAL Innovation 2013.
